Shipping is processed by the next business day unless we are out of stock on an item. Please be sure to have all up to date information on how to contact you listed with your order and include a street address.

We ship with the method you have chosen, however please note that hats and crush-ables must go UPS or FedEx Ground as they have a better record at safe delivery. Returns of items vary, most can be returned within 30 days. You MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT. We do not take returns on cut items. Sewing patterns are not returnable unless you have made arrangements to do so with us.

Overseas shipping(Note: We not longer ship hats overseas, they are too hard to track and exchange sizes)

We ship to Great Britain, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Contact us direct and we will bill you via PayPal.
